This approach has helped to make me an effective leader in three global businesses and now as an Executive/Leadership Coach and Human Resources Consultant. I am known as a partner who listens like an ally, sees situations thru a prism vs a tunnel, thinks and acts strategically and tactically, and sees each client as creative, resourceful and whole. I have thirty plus years of experience in coaching, advising, and collaborating with people leaders, teams, and individual contributors in various organizations, such as Amazon, AstraZeneca, Corning, Digital Equipment Corporation, Merck, NJM Insurance Group, Sanofi, UnitedHealth Group, Verizon and not for profit groups. My last corporate role was as Executive Director for Culture and Change for Merck & Co, Inc. In this roll I was privileged to lead, implement, and manage an initiative to instill and sustain an Inclusion and Coaching mindset and behaviors for 30,000 global employees. I earned my B.A. from Drew University in New Jersey. I am a ICF Professional Certified Coach and SHRM-Certified Senior Human Resources Professional.
